What Susanne experiences
Energy moving. Guidance arriving as information she did not have a moment earlier. A presence she has worked with since the beginning. She describes these directly, because they are what she perceives.
Healing
Susanne has practised full-time since 2009. This is how she describes the work, what she experiences while doing it, and what people report afterwards.
The practice
I don't work from a method. I work from what is actually present in the room.
Susanne's practice has never followed a fixed technique. It began with an experience she could not explain and developed through nearly two decades of working with people one at a time.
She describes the work as receiving rather than performing: she asks for help, directs her attention to where the trouble is, and stays accurate about what arrives. What she brings to it is attention, and twenty years of learning to trust what she perceives.
Three kinds of statement
01
Energy moving. Guidance arriving as information she did not have a moment earlier. A presence she has worked with since the beginning. She describes these directly, because they are what she perceives.
02
Heat moving through the arms and legs. Tears arriving without a story attached. Sleep that finally holds. More than 1,400 such accounts have been shared with her.
03
A career left in 2009. Coverage in Norwegian media since 2008. Three published books, one a bestseller in Norway. More than seventy recorded meditations and two podcast series.
The recordFor the sceptical
I thought I was losing my grip on reality. That is a perfectly reasonable first response, and I have never held it against anyone.
Susanne did not arrive at this work through belief. She arrived through an experience she actively tried to explain away, from a career and an education that had trained her to do exactly that.
Twenty years on, she would still rather have a curious sceptic in the room than a compliant believer. The questions sharpen the work.
How the work grew
A full waiting list meant turning away people in pain. The recordings, the books and the conversations all exist because of that problem — four expressions of one exploration, rather than four separate ventures.
